The service

DaVinci AI provides AI-assisted content, image, chat and related generation tools on a credit/subscription basis. We may modify or discontinue features.

Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content; no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

AI output

Generated output is provided "as is"; you are responsible for reviewing it before use. You retain rights to your inputs subject to the model providers' terms.

Payment

Paid plans renew per their billing cycle until cancelled. Charges are processed by our payment providers.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and our liability is limited.
